His specialist and considerable knowledge of the chef and hospitality world is based upon his earlier career as a chef and restaurateur spread over 15 years.
Paul developed his career within leading hotels in London and the Thames Valley including the world famous Cliveden in Berkshire & Intercontinental hotels.

He went on to open and develop his own highly successful restaurant business gaining recognition by all the leading food and restaurant guides in the UK & Europe

Utilising his operational experience Ian has contributed greatly to the growth & successes of a number of leading recruitment companies prior to setting up Dempsey Lucas in 2004.

Ian came to the UK in 1991 after completing a degree in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management. He spent 12 years in Hospitality Operations gaining experience in senior roles within high profile properties, culminating as General Manager with the "Exclusive Hotel" group.

With 20 years recruitment & Hospitality experience and vast industry knowledge at General Manager level, Ians contribution to Dempsey Lucas compliments the teams perfectly.

Alison joins Dempsey Lucas with a wealth of Human Resource experience to develop a new Division “Bespoke HR”
Alison is CIPD qualified and has worked for leading Hotels, manufacturing and bar restaurant companies such as Copthorne Millennium Hotels, David Powell bakeries and the SFI Group where she managed over 150 sites with over 3,500 employees.
